Gorgeous car.
A polished LT5 is going to be a show car requirement soon. I'm so sick of seeing crate SBC engines in hot rods. Only minor gripes 1. IMHO, Gauges should not be digital. There are some beautiful retro analog gauges they could have chosen. 2. That seat pattern bothers me. I would have used re-designed seats, but with a more stock looking design, like sort of the modern version of the original seats. 3. A show car, so detailed it would hurt to drive it. 4. Where's the top? I know, those bolt-on hardtops from that era were really ugly, but you gotta have something, (I'm a coupe guy. 5. Would it be possible to come up with a more appropriate retro style set of wheels? That's my problem with resto-mod style, the cars look fabulous, but the style of the wheels don't really match. Minor quibbles on a great car. |
