I live in the DC area, and Tony Fleming is pretty much a sleazy, dishonest, and disagreeable used car salesman. Its hard to believe he's still in business. It proves PT Barnum's theorem, " a sucker is born every minute".
I know of several instances of clear misrepresentaion of cars and any work he has done on the cars is shoddy at best. Avoid this scammer. |
