Default '90 ZF w/ 32k still for sale here...

It's back in the car ATM.

Was out for the swap to auto, but I had the shop put it back in to bring home during the holidays, since they're not wrenching anything until 01/02. (red ---> black interior conversion WIP).

I will get Jennings Transmission in Goldsboro NC to put their name on it.

Should be available post 01/08.

Need price reference from the board members here. Is eBay 'Completed Listings / Sold For' very reliable for asking price???

Thanks.................

Any interest in trading for porting your intake and PC?

Yessir - that's a distinct possibility here...

With such air work, what then would be the flow 'limitations'? Intake side? Exhaust side?

It's 100% stock now, except for Mr. Haibeck's ECM module (and the 4L60e, if it ever finds its' way into the car ).

porting the intake, without headers, you pick up about 25 rwhp sometimes more or less depending on the health of the engine, rpm range improves too

What's up John...

I wanted $600 for it, at least. That's the LOWEST that I see them 'Sold' for on eBay for problem-free ZF's. Another guy on the boards has it now, trying to get me under $600 before he installs it.

It has 32k on it (documented), and worked fine when pulled from mine (33k now), to put in an automatic.

The Reverse lockout ring on the shifter stick is broken. Getting into 'R' was a bear. Besides that, no problem.

It whines. All Black Tag '90 and 91' ZF's are notorious for this whine. You might know this already; if not, see plenty of threads on this topic, as well as some other sites' info. It has to do with the cut of the gears, which happens to give extra strength.

I can ship no problem; it won't be cheap tho', I'm sure.

Let me know if interested; I'll go get it right away if you are...

ChuckB / Schrade
Can you get a price for shipping?

If the shipping cost isn't way out there, I'll take it for $600. My Zip code is 46350. Let me know the total cost and what payment you'd like and we can go from there.

Thanks, John.
Got it Sir...

Trip tentative for KS on 11/30 will have me in St. Louis sometime 12/01. 9 hours round trip for you?

I'll see about some estimates otherwise in a day or 2 here. If you'll pick it up from truck lines' distribution center (where there is one near you, I don't know at the moment - surely in Chicago), but that will shave $$ off of cost.

ChuckB / Schrade
I leave for TX for a week on 11/29, so I'll be out when you come through. Chicago and South Bend are both close to me, and I'm sure a distribution center is available in either location.

Shoot me a price at your convenience and we'll make this happen.

Thanks again.
Board member in whose hands it is now, since I took it to him in June, says now that he'll ante up...

If nothing comes through soon, I'll see what I can do.

Not sure if I'm following this correctly. You sold a black tag ZF6 for 600.00 and weren't paid for it ?
Black tag ZF6 for 600.00 is a steal !
