Hillbilly Trans Jack
The Ceiling height of my garage does not allow my trans jack to clear the lift ramps......PITA.....

I have that same issue and I do that same dance myself with one suttle difference. I put the transmission on my motorcycle lift, roll it under the lift then transfer  .Rich

The first time I man handled the ZF6 like that I was recovering from back surgery and I used lifting and rebuilding the internals of the thing (3rd syncro and input shaft) as physical therapy. Just a few minutes on the first day then built up the time so I could work on it for a few hours.
The video brings back those memories from 99. Did you put it on bolt sliders or just hang it by the input shaft?
