I tried to buy it along with some others a few years back. It's in really poor shape and the guy wouldn't budge from his price. We were thinking he probably owes the bank on it or the title is really in his divorced wife's name or something. He finally stopped answering our requests for info and then it fell off the edge of the MAP!
