Default New Parts Bling Bling COMING SOON

I had an idea one night and decided to just do it. Nothing big or earth shattering but will be neat for those who like the parts.

Part #1 = Shift Knob Insert
This part will take the place of the shift indicator insert. It will be made of stainless and have the ZR-1 Script "style" logo CNC'd into the top of it. This is not a GM Trademarked design but similar.

The insert is the exact same size and shape as the original. Pretty simple but may add a little bling to the average interior. It's also easily reversible. Not sure of total cost to produce yet, so I don't have a retail cost at this time.

I dropped off the stock insert to my machinist Saturday and should have a part and a picture to post in a couple of weeks.

Cool... I wonder if they can anodize it with the body color?

I'm sure that IF it can be done, you could have it done after the fact. My intention is to do them in bright or brushed stainless. Probably bright stainless. The bright stainless can be brushed with a 3M scuff pad.

Finally getting back on this. I wanted to cast them and then have the logo engraved but being stainless, they'll have to be CNC''d.

I'm supposed to have samples in a week. We'll see...........
