MY NEW BNB SYSTEM INSTALLED
Take a look, http://www.corvettevalley.com/galler...ry.php?cat=552, got it put on today, cat back with x pipe. It sounds awesome, it will rattle the fillings in your mouth. Now the car sounds as bad *** as it looks.http://www.corvettevalley.com/galler...ry.php?cat=552

Re: MY NEW BNB SYSTEM INSTALLED
Are those the standard tips? Or different ones? It looks great!

Re: MY NEW BNB SYSTEM INSTALLED
Easy to install less than an hour, hardest part was getting the mufflers lined up. The car in 6th under 2 k will rattle your teeth. You can hear it 1/4 mile away.

Re: MY NEW BNB SYSTEM INSTALLED
Hey Ray. Looks nice. I put mine on my 90 several months ago......group purchase at TByrne. I did resonator instead of X pipe hoping for less resonance, but got plenty at highway speed anyway. I have had a tough time keeping the tips from twisting out of alignment though. I have cranked down on the clamps until I twisted one bolt off, and B & B sent me another right out. They suggested tack welding to eliminate the slip. Not crazy about that, but will if there are no other options. You have any problems with that?

Re: MY NEW BNB SYSTEM INSTALLED
I should have been more specific, sorry. Not the tips actually that is the problem, it is the first joint in front of the mufflers that is clamped. The pipe actually slips and twists some which causes that whole tail end section of muffler and tip assy. to twist out of parallel. Looks bad. B & B suggested tack welding at the pipe joint to prevent that.

Re: MY NEW BNB SYSTEM INSTALLED
I Have B & B's on mine and they twisted also, the problem is the crummy clamps they use I put these on and BINGO the problem went away. You wont be sorry, and you dont have to weld.
