AWESOME. They have had enough of my business... and seem to care.

Needless to say, I've ordered a few (9) sets of splash guards over the years. One was a spare that I've had for 2 years. Needed a bolt and one guard from the set. Opened it and the bolts were missing. Sent CC an email asking if I could get some more bolts. They said they would order and send some right away--no apparent charge.

Now that's customer service!

I agree.

I have had really good luck with them over the course of this winter. I've placed about 5-6 different orders over the last 3 months and they've been quick to ship.

They have also been really good at providing me with updates on parts that have been back ordered since March 03. When they finally receive the back ordered parts, they will be shipping them out to me at no charge.
