Back-up switch
WAZOO,
I purchased a back up switch from Bill (the zfdoc) and he loaned me a special box wrench for the job. Does anyone else need the switch replaced? If so, this will be a perfect opportunity. Also, the other day I was at Fairfax BMW and Castro synthetic 10-60 for our tranny (and their M3) was $12 and change per liter - pretty decent price - FYI. |

Re: Back-up switch
Heh, every time I've bought the trans fluid, it's gone up. Was like $8 the first time, then like $11, and like $13 the last time. I assume by now I won't get change from a twenty. Sounds like a nice price all told!
I did my backup switch when I got the car. Used Bill's tool also, and it really makes the job easy. Good time for anyone else in the area to knock theirs out for sure, nice thinking!
