Work is killing me. Have the rears ready. Need a more agressive way to open the rear frame. This weekend.....maybe.

Boy, I've used every Sunday school word in the four-letter language. I have a recommendation, pay someone! I learned more lessons than I ever want to learn again.
Had the car back to together and it drove wonderfully. The more I looked at it, the more I wanted it lowered another inch. Went at it today. The process is quite involved: use a strap wrench to hold the lower collar while using the spaner wrench to adjust the mount height. Well the coil would turn ever so slightly. Heard what I think was the gear clip pop off. Have to take the rears off again to fix--and it is no small feat. When finished I will write up all of my lessons learned and will provide my particular height adjustment for the fronts and rears. Carter and I are collaborating on a near perfect adaptation of mounting hardware. Ted |
