Since we are talking about safety, let me point out a few things.

When using a harness bar with 5 or 6 point harnesses, always use your factory belt as well. You are depending upon the harness bar to survive an accident of major catastrophe. It will not. Also 5 or 6 point harnesses are not street legal. You can get pinched for improper belts or not wearing a seat belt.

Second, when using harnesses, make sure they fit you properly. They should come straight over your shoulders square. In a C4 seat, they come around the headrest at an angle and can spread in an accident. Use a sternum strap to keep them from spreading, or better yet, get a race seat with proper harness holes incorporated.

Looks terrible Daryll. But the good news is I'm willing to take it off your hands!

But seriously, it does look good. I've been keeping an eye out for one of those for some time now. I guess that's what I get for being without Internet the past couple of months. Oh well, I'm glad you got it. At least I'll be able to see it at some point.

Great harness bar. Some options:

I can look up the camera mount if you like. The fire extinguisher is mounted
with C bar clamps. And do you have the front seat track bar for
the anti-submarine belt?

I've actually thought about getting one just to stiffen the car and to mount a camera on.

Here you go Bob, heres a pic of the drivers side mount point. As you can see the hardware fits behind the factory seat belt hardware. The otherside mounts to a simular point that fits behind the seatbelt buckle next to the console. Very clean install. The toggle swtich in picture #2 is my antenna power down or delete switch as I listen to Sirus and movies going to and from work.

Pic 2 shows the vertical that mounts to the undeside of the bar to the backside of the seatbelt retractor point. The harness bar of couse also fits on both ends of the seat belt stancions in the halo side panels as you can see in the above first two pics in the OP thread #1. You can aslo see a close up of the crinkle powdercoating. GC

Heres all the hardware Bob

These go behind the seat belt retractors

These go behind the Seatbelt buckle mounting points next to the console

Heres all the hardware in the kit

Well it looks like luck was with me. I was finally able to come across a harness bar and it ended up being a Brey-Krause. In fact, I picked it up from a very nice gentleman across town that owns a '90 Z. He seemed to be a dealer of these items at one point as the one I got was new and he did have other accessories for sale, including what looked to be a pretty nice camera mount. If you still have interest in one of these, I can put you in contact with him. I believe the camera mount was around $100 and he did have other Brey-Krause accessories he was selling, all wrapped in original packaging.

I still need to get it installed.
