Help with upper radiator shroud remova;
- all fasteners removed - see attached screenshot Upper radiator shroud seems stuck to radiator. When I pry up on driver's side flange with some force, the shroud will raise 1/2 inch, but that's it. Did I miss some fasteners or ? Thanks in advance, Gary .... ![]() |

Did you get the 3 on each side? 8mm head.
Also 2 on each side down by the frame rails. Sent from my Pixel 4a (5G) using ZR-1 Net Registry mobile app

Subfixer,
Thanks for info. Just found the drawing that shows 3 on each side - see screenshot. Question - how in the heck do you get to those? Do you have to take the air pump off on the driver's side? Thanks, Gary .... ![]() |

Subfixer,
Any secret steps/processes to removing the air pump? Don't have a lift, so I'll have to jack it up and use a jack stand. Thanks, Gary .... |

If I remember correctly, it was just a couple of bolts. I disconnected everything from the top. Remove the hoses from the pump. It doesn't need to move far.

Subfixer,
How did you go about getting the 3 8mm screws/bolts out on the passenger side? Did you use a flexible long extension or ? Those screws/bolts are very akward for this old man to get to. Your help is much appreciated. Thanks, Gary .... |

Yes. Very hard to get them. I used a small 8mm wrench for the ones I couldn't get with a 1/4 " drive ratchet, extension and universal joint.

Once all the bolts are out, the next challenge will be getting it out from under the AC and oil cooler lines.
