1990 Blend door/heater core box replacement
Hello,
The blend door actuator on my 1990 went bad for a second time after 6 years. Since it is such a PIA to get to on the top of the heater core box I am thinking about switching to the 95-96 heater core box which has the actuator on the bottom. Has anyone done this and do you have a write-up and/or photos? Any help or advice is appreciated. Attached is a write-up I got from Marc H. to replace the 1990 actuator, but after starting this I don't see how you can get to the one screw from inside the car. Too many things in the way. Thanks
