Ok to remove bracket for PS engine mount?
I?d like to remove the diagonal engine cradle support bracket to check the oil pressure regulator cover for tightness. Do I need to support the engine to do this? The engine mount bolts through this bracket.

No you do not have to support the engine. The cradle has a mounting surface the mount mates to. The bracket below just has a provision to also use the large stud of the engine mount once it is in place.
