In the process of buying my 1st house, and need all my assets appraised. I had my Z appraised when I bought it in 2016, and they valued it at $18,000. Since, I have done all the typical 30 year old Corvette issues.....fixed a lot of stuff. The car is 100% stock besides Marc Hs' chip and he replaced injectors.

I have went on all the sites, KBB, Edmunds, etc and they all say around $11,000 on average?? And I'm including that it is a ZR-1 with 50,000 miles. I KNOW I could get double that if I sold it, as I have a standing offer of $21,000 as of today. Long winded question, in this economy, what would a 50,000 mile Polo green Z be worth?
