Any trick in removing he rocker panels? Looks pretty straightforward, but I've been fooled before

Very easy just one screw on the inside of the rear fender wells that needs to come out.

Screws along the bottom and also along the top of door jam part of rocker. Also in the wheel wells. Straight forward.
