Just had to do it...
Cold as heck today...but took the vette to a doc appt, errands, and then for a nice twisties cruise. Waved to a commemorative C5...
Can you say permagrin? I knew you could... Anyone else take theirs out lately?

I would have done the same thing (did take the MINI out to Manassas Battlefield) but the ZR-1 is to be picked up this weekend and heading to Florida. Today was a nice drive day and glad you enjoyed the cruizin'

Drove mine earlier this week. First since Tgiving. Needed a new battery so got a yellow top Duralast from AZ. Took a while for tires to get round again. Using the cold weather to play with calibration on cold weather start-up. It was cold enough that motor was cooling off and going into open loop. But it sure does like that cold air.

Just took mine out for a drive. I try and drive it at least once a week. Keeps me in a good mood!! Vegas weather is prtty good most of the time.
I was stationed at Vint Hill Farms in Warrington,VA back in 67-68. I remember the seasonal weather. Kinda don't miss it!! Last edited by John Boothby; 01-20-2013 at 04:10 PM. |

Boy do I know where you are coming from...thus my moving to Jupiter Florida. NO winter and some really nice areas and of course water...being a diver and boater a must. Counting down time when we move down
