Last year, while merging onto the interstate heading to the Museum, I ran over a piece of angle iron, it blew out my right rear tire, Immediatley.
Luckily, Uly was riding shotgun, and Tom Tom was right behind me. We pulled over, and got the tire off, and Tom and Uly took off to Automasters (two Miles down the road) to see if he had a spare tire. In the meanwhile, Ted stopped and the Kentucky Transportation Safety Truck. ![]() In 20 minutes i was rolling into JVD's where he gave me an older rear tire so i would not have to roll around on a donut. You see that is what i am talking about. thanks Guys. So...if you would happen to have problems this year, here is a list of phone numbers to dial for assistance. Missouri...888-275-6636 Illinois...911 Kentucky....877-367-5982 Everyone have a safe cruise....hope to see ya all in BG. I'm leaving Wed, around 11am. ![]() |
