Anyone near Dutchess County NY?

A friend of mine is looking for a 6-speed LT1/4, and this guy's car sounds interesting. Except it's about a 6 hour drive to go look at it. Anyone close to this area that could just give it a once-over? |

Also, who named your counties?? Looks like they got pretty lazy and just cribbed a few from others. Washington, Delaware, Wyoming, Ontario?
