block learn down to 119 - ZR-1 Net Registry Forums

My block learn readings have been dropping from the ideal 128 to 123 on the left side and 119 on the right side for the past 3 years. Intergrator is 128 each side. Throttle response wasnt as crisp after the headers, but its gotten a little worse. All, such as fuel pressure, plugs etc check ok. The primary injectors and oxygen sensors are original at 38k miles. I plan to reverse the left and right o2 sensors to see if its a sensor issue.
Any other idea?
Could the primary injector performance drop off gradually without a full failure?
