Hello, and welcome to the forum.

As to your question, you have your work cut out for you. The stock Viper is a tough beast to tame, and simple mods will not be enough. Several of the most common bang for your buck mods will get you closer such as headers, with non restrictive 3" exhaust, gears, P&P intake and injector housing. If your willing to go that far, then we can discuss what other mods will be needed. It can be done, but to skin the snake, you must be willing to pay the price.

Like others said its gonna take a lot to beat 11.9 in the 1/4 Vipers with a 12.9 stock ZR-1. You need to make friends with Bob Hall and learn his secrets. A lot is in the Drag tires!! http://www.killervette.com/photogall...cat=565&page=1 Read this story and you will have a good idea of what it takes to be a "VIPER THUMPER"
