just past on position. has this happened to anyone? I can start the car but then it gets stuck just past the on position. I have to kill the car with by popping my clutch and try to almost pry it so that it will turn back. how hard is it to replace the ingition?

Not to terribly difficult. Just need to get the cylinder keyed to your old key, or get one with new keys with the correct VATS pellet.
