I talked to the guy today, he seemed like a nice guy.
It won't last. Not at this price. If I had the extra capital (and more importantly, IF the wifey would let me...) I'd have snapped it in a hearbeat. If anyone is serious and wants me to drop by and have a look see, it's about an hour and 20 minutes from where I live. T |
