I have a strange trouble, went to start car and no fuel pressure ( now this
happened with the dual system and single pump system). Checked the connector at the tank no power, I then went the the FP1 fuse no power. Ok but I wait for a few minutes turn key and I have fuel pressure and car starts and runs fine. I'am I missing something? also checked for trouble codes , no codes. This is as far I have gone in trouble shooting. I have tech 1A John |

Ok, How hard is it to get to the fuel pump relay on passenger side? I don't
bend very well so it may take awhile. John |

Update: Well I finally got the FP1 fuel relay replaced, a little tough for me
as I don't bend too well. Either Saturday or Sunday I'll take her for a ride and check it out. For now have I a date with a hot bath to relax. I will let everyone know how the ride goes. John |

Matt,
The FP1 fuel pressure relay is located under the passenger side knee bolster. In the service manual go to section 8C-26 see figure 36 view A shows the location of the relay. There are 5 relays, the third relay from the center console is the fuel relay. John |
