It's missing the license plate surround (or at least it's not on in the pic), and 2 of the speaker amps don't work. Even sitting unused, Bose amps decay.

Having just restored a ZR-1 with almost no miles for many years, I would bet the owner will have some fun with fluids, seals and corrosion (electrical and other).

In their list of things services, I see nothing about the vacuum lines, coolant hoses, belt, etc. All of that stuff has potential to have dry rotted or become brittle just due to age.
