My check Engine light is on after a replacement of the Driver Side Glass window as well as the interior lights are DIM. When I was having the glass replaced I noticed that the lights went dim while the technician was working on the door.
I'm going to through it on a scanner soon but just thought I would see if anyone here knows what is up before I start messing around with the door to see if there is a pinch wire or something. Everything works fine - Locks and power window on that door. Also the car runs fine. Just the interior lights are dim and the check engine light is one. Thanks! |

Just let everyone know that when your interior lights dim that it means that one of your Courtesy light fuses has blown. Replaced the fuse and everything was ok.

![]() Good, and of course, correct catch! My suspicion is the tech touched and shorted the connector to the window switch pod, particularly the lead or wire for illumination. ![]() Marty |
