brake question

Can someone tell me the part number for speed bleeders on my 90?? is there a bleeder for the clutch? and if so a number for it too?
I haven't had the car out but once in the past year - so I figure I better start bleeding stuff before it rots down.. If I cant start driving it more it may be better to sell it..( I really don't want too ) .. Thanks guys
