How to reselt the oil life monitor? Oil change today ---

I am going to do an oil change today , and was wondering what the steps were in resetting the oil life monitor setting?

I did a search and saw people were recommending others to reset it , but couldnt find a post on how to do it.

The DIC "button nomenclature" changes during production so for a '90 the easiest procedure is found on 0B-4 in the front of BOOK 1 FSM. Pretty straight forward.
