Got a set of headers on Ebay for around $200....one had a damaged tube....I had set them aside and then noticed the flange was fubar'd.......
Went midevil on it with a torch; will see if it can now be milled Before ![]() Afer ![]()

I've fixed a few VW triangle flanges just like that. Get it red hot and then hammer it straight against a flat steel table etc.
hopefully you can get it real close before you mill it. |

No bought them that way....although seller said it was only the primary that was damaged....

hopefully it did not shift the primaries to the point were they do not fit

Took the header to the shop today for welding/machining, ...perfect
