This is the first C4 I have ever seen with side pipes.....interesting. I bet it's not "Speed Bump Friendly".

I think that is the "power effects" side pipe system. I saw it once on a grandsport and it is pretty cool. I've seen quite a few cars with them now, but they are sorta rare.
