Buy my car ... okay ??

I'd like to buy a 2nd home in Florida, i would like to use the money from my car as down payment. over 30,000. invested
don't have to sell, but the real estate people won't take a 20 year old car as dp.
Most of you know what i got, any offers, would be much appreciated

My brother lives in the Villages about an hour north of Tampa,

I hope to retire in 5 or 16 years.

Thought i'd buy while the property value's are low.

So, someone buy the car, it's too fast for me these days.
