Thanks guys, Jerry also confirmed these are no longer available. White has something that looks like it but is not the right part.
Shrek (local Vette hero, former Navy machinist, legends car crew chief, and all round good wrench) has volunteered to help me drill and tap it and replace it with something else. He works at a machine shop and can fab just about anything.
