Yes, I purchased a set of straps and bolts from Dennys Driveshafts and the bolts all had a blob of green thread locker and yes, very tough to turn. I broke a 1/4 in drive socket trying to turn them. I finially put the old bolts back on with a good coat of liquid locktite instead.
