Thanks. Last time I tried taping, cutting, and then spraying (on the plenum). But, it took quite a while to mask/trim and even then the paint crept up under the tape too much and was an added pain to clean up. The whole process took 2-3 hours.
This time I just hand-painted the lettering with a camel hair brush, and it turned out to be a lot faster and easier. Cleanup was done with a Q-tip that was very slightly dampened with fingernail polish remover (aka acetone). Start to finish was under an hour.
Pete n Bob G put their magic touch on my cams - the details of which they keep hidden in a Mason jar buried in Pete's back yard (or so Pete says!
) But, they'd prolly be glad if you flew them out there to set yours up for ya!
