I have the same issue and was going to take care of this spring. Under the "How To" section of the members only section is an article on "How to Troubleshoot the Bose System". It is very heplful. Also, I called Factory Car Syereo Repair, Inc. 1978 Corporate Sq. Suite 102, Longwood, Florida @ 407-327-5033. They were very helpful with questions and prices and turn around time. Hope this help.
