Ok, helped a forum member who is not too big on using the net, ordered $1600 worth of stuff for them, and advised the vendor that I needed the item shipped ASAP, after confirning they were in stock,....also advised this was not for me and I was fronting the purchase...so I need ASAP.

10 days later the item is still not shipped, 2 shipping dates missed. Now no returned calls or e-mails

WTF, at what point do you get ugly.
