More Electrical Checks:

1. Tail lights work
2. Brake lights work, including all bulbs in 3rd
3. Power locks, only drivers side works.
4. Oil pressure gauge now shows zero.

It Appears that the ignition switch cylinder is loose or not engaging the starter correctly. I don't want to try too much before we can properly prep the car for 1st start.
