Before installing them, bang them on something. When I have injectors on the test bench and they stick I just take a small hammer, like a tack hammer, and tap on them. That usually does the trick. So, taking that information a step further, just tap them around right before installing them. Then, get gas on them as soon as possible. You should be fine after that.

I used a 3 lb sledgehammer on mine. Didn't help, and they only sat for a few weeks after cleaning. Ended up replacing 3.
