and replacing the Heavy noze + Hood, he could go Low 10s.

That car isn't that fast because of Callaway. It is fast because LPE built a very stout 415 and Phil is a phenomenally talented driver down the quarter mile. The only person I ever saw bang gears harder than Phil was John Lingenfelter himself. That is some pretty select company.
