I would offset grind the crank to 3.75" stroke,to make 377 it's not about the 9 extra ci's,it's more for the stroke in return you will gain more torque/power for the price i think it's worth it.

If your going to be buying new rods might as well do a 377.
The extra cost is just in the crank grind not sure of the price maybe flyin ryan would know better.

Just my take on it.
