The "catch" is the "carrier" which I believe the DAG213 is bonded in an epoxy resin and after application I'm assuming it's "cured" by heat! I doubt an "air dry" would accomplish the cure but if you look at the pdf they mention a flash time between the applications to build the film thickness!

I've a friend who builds/restores Pontiac tri-powers and he might well know more about the product. I've never asked!!
