Q....is there an issue with pushing the wheel out on that hub or should l just strip of the rotors and calipers and fit to my Z stock assembly (if they do that is)
and is there any major braking improvement to be expected or am l just wasting time and money with this

Yes, the issue is that the roll center of the front suspension is disturbed and the loadings on the wheel bearings are changed causing them to wear faster, and handling at the adhesion limit is different.
When you buy the system from Guido or his suppliers for the C4, they provide rotor hats that are thick enough for the caliper to clear your specific wheels. The outward spacing for the 91 wheels is about 7/8", and for the 94 wheels about 3/8". I don't know about the 90 wheels.
The braking is impressive and in the many years I used this system on the track, I never faded the brakes. Replacement rotors and pads are for a twin turbo 993 Porsche and pretty pricey. Pay your money and take your choice.
For street use and bragging rights, save your money - use the stock C5 calipers and rotors (or just keep it stock).
