BTDT a
few times. At the risk of sounding like a broken record, a scanner (next to your dog) is your best friend! Best money I ever spent, but it was a little more expensive than a paper clip (and easier to use when driving down the road that a clip is too).
And, sometimes a code isn't set.
But, my guess would be a lazy O2, based on the number of times I've seen it cause the same symptoms described. (Can we say low cross-counts?)
