Not difficult once you get the hang of it. You should be able to Google it & have it explained better than i can here, TBO. Biggest thing is make sure to drill straight into your work, if it's crooked or cocked from the start, well... it won't come around on it's own. As i like to say...if it's not straight & true, you'll be blue
