I've likely got one but I need the part # off the label itself. I'm missing only one MY and I'm pretty sure I've got yours. I doubt I'd be interested in selling it but a "good scanned image with a laminate overlay looks better than nothing. It also meets emission reqirements.
Mine on my '90 removed quite easily. Heat on the "backside" of the panel the label is attatched to. Good luck!
