I've disassembled and re-used the fuel feed & return pipe o-rings several times without leakage. I would suggest you try to reuse them, just make sure they don't leak by first just turning the key on to build pressure. These o-rings are easy to service later.
Here's my 2 cents on o-rings: O-rings from GM and other aftermarkets sources were & are extremely expensive. We've all re-used them for a varitey of reasons, but considering the age (some going on 19yrs), numbers of heat cycles, wear, etc., they really should be replaced, now that the cost is more reasonable.
Thanks for checking with me on the o-rings in question. I don't take PayPal due to the charges. Unfortunately, I prefer not to take orders of less than $25.00, due to all the time involved to process an order. The set (2) of o-rings you are asking about is only $1.84. Anything else you can use to make the minimum?
