The red '91 Corvette, # 87 that left the line before Edison's Porsche is owned by Dave Hardwick, Evansville WY. Both cars had a targeted speeds of 130 mph with a Tech limit of 168. There was only one ZR-1 running in that class group of 12 cars and it was Bob Cope's Blue '95 from West Covina CA. Bob and Bryan (navigator) Cope took 1st place doing 129.998. vs the targeted average of 130 mph or just .002 off the perfect 130 mile target...that's about as close as you can get to perfection!
Matthew ended in 3rd place with a 129.984 speed or .016 off perfect.
Here are a couple links to what they look like doing >200 mph from roadside where I was working.

At 200 mph they travel over 3.3 miles each /minute or 293 feet per second!
The Cope family have three ZR-1s and all three were there for both 2006 & the 2007 PONY130 and maybe a few other years too! NEAT VETTE PEOPLE as are most ALL ORR people I've ever met!!!
