From Bree:

I can repair the old style cores for $90 each... but not the one demolished old style case. I do have one used good condition old style case that has my screw mod. I would sell that case for $50. These older style cases are rare and no replacements exist. As for the other case possible to do a screw replacement mod for $35. So your looking at $90+optional $50 for one repair and mod case, plus $90+optional $35 for case screw mod contingent on case not being too brittle, hands on eval will tell me that. Then shipping for the two fobs $15 priority insured.

One other option is just to buy new. The new style OEM with two screws in back I designed for GM. No snap latch to break, 100% repairable, more robust, not brittle etc.. $145 each plus $15 Insured shipping priority. Lead time 4 weeks. Prepay via USPS money order purchased from a US Post office only, no other type MO or checks. I do not take PayPal etc... Same for repair payment.

I do currently offer $10 per fob discount for trade in of old style fobs.

Let me know how you wish to proceed.

Thank you! Previously I had her added to the section for members who make custom parts. However, I have started another sticky for shops/people who repair and rebuild rare components and would like to add her there.

Since it's 2025, would you mind contacting her to ask if she is still doing this, her current capabilities, and pricing?
