Have been trying to obtain a Tech1A over the years without success. An
older relative (85yrs.) out of the 'blue' has offered a OTC 4000 E with OBDII Plus, NOS never opened ! Free for the taking! Not familiar with this Scanner so would anyone have experience with this . How would it compare to the Tech1A?

Any info. is appreciated!
