The injectors seem to be firing, so ECM would have power.

Had the connectors out when I swapped in the other DIS to test, but I'm leaning towards a chewed wire/short, or corrosion on a connector. I had put dielectric on all the seals under the plenum last time I had it apart to do injectors.
